Change your content or an entire page every few months as your business grows, or just to keep your site fresh for viewers and search engines.  Offer something that is "free" to the client to make them return.  Offer a simple contest with a prize.

Image Changes/Additions
Replace old or poorly shot images with new ones every few months or add images to what you already have.  Make the client come back to see what new image is in the bottom left hand corner.  For example, use a puppy or a kitten image and create a tag line for the image.  Change both every few months or have a "name the puppy" contest with a simple prize.
